As you may have noticed, the anonymous reportback from the Clearfield action has been removed at the request of its author via anonymous email. We genuinely do not know who they are, or care, but they provided sufficient evidence to prove they were who they said they were. But I digress.
We who manage this site agreed because it makes more sense to allow opposition to this vile administration, and all state power that seeks to oppress people regardless of party color or “illusory side of the aisle,” to exist with as little friction as possible. We may be anarchists, but we do believe a united front and diversity of tactics is needed in these dark times. Maybe there is a use for liberals that only care about going to protests to get selfies for their Meta profiles and “movement” optics for some fictitious moral higher ground after all.
They certainly won’t be the deciding factor in a victory, if we are to have one. (Though, let’s face it–they could certainly be a deciding factor in a defeat if they keep manipulating people.) But big crowds and distracted state forces provide a lot of useful cover for the decidedly much more brave that are willing to carry out effective direct action; those that truly risk everything to bring the fight directly to the state goons that are publicly executing decent people in the streets, and whose identities we also do not care to know.
It’s come to our attention through our observations that we’ve caused quite a kerfuffle amongst the squabblers of Blue MAGA in Central Pennsylvania and beyond. We at this blog didn’t mean to cause any liberal infighting, as entertaining as it is. And we even discovered that some of them are actively working with the Department of Homeland Security, and have turned this website–one of many and many and many– over to said agency as well as the FBI like the good informants for the Trump Administration that you are. That is fine. We wish them good luck, and we who manage this blog aren’t stupid enough to openly report on actions for which we receive submissions while actively partaking in them. I know OpSec is a difficult concept for you all, but there are those that take it seriously.

So, let’s set the record straight:
Like with some projects in the large area we claim that we have seen before, we noticed an action scheduled to take place and decided to report on it. It is clear that this is a practice with us from our reporting on the Okmana project after hearing about it, as well as seeing reports on ALF activity in New York and Pennsylvania. It is important to publicize anti-ICE actions as much as possible so as to generate as big of a response to their terror as possible. So we posted the flyer and thought maybe some others may see it and join in. That is what you all want, right?
There was no mention of anyone wanting to be “violent” at your event, and we didn’t hear of anything like that happening. We didn’t necessarily want that. We just wanted bodies to pack your crowd if possible. And if the police, as they so often do, escalated the situation, we are certainly not opposed to effective community defense against these agents of the regime. Seems a reasonable thing, all things considered.
Then we heard that the local Indivisble chapter in the area were, as they so often do with many other events across the country, trying to co-opt the protest. And that is annoying, because your peace policing is dangerous to the community at large, which we’ve already gone over in our resulting, and seemingly very popular, post. Don’t worry, my rural-based yellow-vested wannabes. No one that manages this website lives anywhere near Clearfield, PA. We did not infiltrate your group prior to our reporting on your attempted takeover.
But you certainly have our attention now…
P.S. Some of you have left comments saying how silly and cowardly it is to be anonymous. We hope, for your sake, that you do not learn why being an anonymous resister to the state is important, why putting your name on a protest registry is a stupid idea, etc. We have our doubts that you won’t find out, and we’ll leave that up to you to figure out what we mean.
We certainly hope that love and drum circles are enough to beat back the most violent fascist threat this modern world has ever seen. But we have our doubts about that too.
